Founder of LS Appraisals & Consulting Sevices, she holds both the AACI (Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute) and the P. App (Professional Appraiser) designations with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
She has served on the Manitoba Chapter Council of the Appraisal Institute and served as a mentor to candidate appraisers

Lydia Schroeder-Hart was an appraiser with Aronovitch and Leipsic, and an appraiser/negotiator with Manitoba Housing & Renewal Corporation where she administrated Manitoba Housing’s land bank portfolio in addition to being involved, in the development of many private and public non-profit projects, property transactions and valuations. She was also served as co-ordinator for Manitoba Housing’s Buy and Renovate Mortgage Program.
Since establishing LS Appraisals & Consulting Services
In 2016, she moved to the City of Winnipeg, Real Estate Division to an Accredited Appraiser position and Acting Senior Appraiser position.
LS Appraisals & Consulting Services was inactive from 2019 to 2022 until she retired from the city and resumed working with LS Appraisals & Consulting Services.
